Dr. Kahlon has spent his career working to enhance the patient-provider relationship and care experience through development and deployment of effective technology throughout the care delivery system. He has spent time in leadership roles focused on strategy and innovation across major health IT firms including McKesson, Oracle, and Change Healthcare. Embracing value-based care as a core principle of good healthcare, Dr. Kahlon has had the opportunity to apply both technology and care programs to advance alternative payment model development, adoption, and utilization around the country. At Rocket Health Care, he is working to develop a patient-first approach to primary care on a journey towards value-based care transformation in the primary care space. Dr. Kahlon is an internal medicine/infectious diseases physician based in Florida, and is involved both locally and nationally in several community non-profit organizations.
