Chris Blackley, J.D., CISSP

Chris is the co-founder and CEO of Prescryptive Health, a healthcare technology company whose mission is to “rewrite the script” for the U.S. pharmaceutical market to transform healthcare consumer experiences and make medications accessible for everyone. He is a regular speaker and contributor to media, researchers and policy makers seeking to affect change in U.S. prescription drug pricing. Prior to launching Prescryptive in 2017, Chris spent 14 years at Microsoft leading commercial enterprise and public sector licensing in their Worldwide Licensing and Pricing business. Before Microsoft he was the founder and CEO of a pharmacy technology company that launched the first web-based platform connecting pharmacies and payers, recognized as a Visionary in Gartner Group’s Magic Quadrant. Previously Chris led teams in software engineering and cyber security consulting at IBM and Ernst & Young LLP. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Seattle University School of Law.
